Perfect for ironing board cover. Pretty strong. Make sure you put fabric between the two white pieces or it won't hold. I made the mistake of not putting the fabric between the top and bottom plastic clamps.

I JUST PURCHASED THESE FOR THE IRON BOARD I HAVE (CUSTOM MADE) SO THE COVER NEEDS TO BE ADJUSTED TO FIT. THESE WITH THE ADJUSTMENT WORKS VERY WELL. THE ELASTIC IS VERY STURDY ABOUT 1/2"+ (TO MY NEEDS) FAR BETTER THEN THE LAST ONES I PURCHASED BEING AT 3/8". DEFINITELY WORTH THE LESSER AMOUNT OF $$ COMPARED TO THE OTHERS BEING SOLD. I WOULD PURCHASE THESE AGAIN :-)
